Originally from Valencia, Venezuela, Antonio was first introduced to ballroom dancing during his youth in Paris, France. With a background in competitive soccer throughout high school and college, he developed a deep understanding of movement, coordination, and the body in motion. In 2005, Antonio returned to dance with full force, turning his passion into a profession by teaching and competing with his students. His talent and dedication quickly earned national recognition—he was named the World Dancesport Series Top Rising Star Teacher in 2014 and placed 2nd in the overall Top Teacher category in 2015. Antonio is known not only for his vivacious personality and magnetic smile, but also for his keen attention to detail and ability to break down complex technique with clarity and ease. He makes every lesson feel like a celebration—whether in the studio, at a dance party, or on the competition floor.
